1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Khuume, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating from Thailand (“Khuume,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using khuu.me and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”), which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority and digital consent in your country (and at least 13), to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim handles and accounts where necessary to operate the Service or comply with law.

3. The Service

Khuume lets creators build a link-in-bio page and related tools — including links, polls, bookings, media kits, and platform integrations. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may impose usage limits consistent with your plan.

4. Your content and the license you grant us

You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service (“Your Content”). To operate the Service, you grant Khuume a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and display), and publicly display Your Content solely to provide and promote the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for residual backups and content others have shared.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own Your Content or have all rights needed to publish it and grant the license above;
  • Your Content and the destinations you link to do not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law; and
  • Your Content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate it. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor content, and we may act on reports or legal requirements.

6. Third-party links and services

Khuume is a tool for publishing links and content. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the third-party websites, products, or services that creators link to, or for any goods, services, or content offered through those destinations. Your dealings with those third parties are solely between you and them.

Connecting a platform account. Some features let you connect an account you hold with another platform — for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or LINE — so we can retrieve statistics or send you notifications. Connecting is optional. When you connect, you authorize us to access only what that platform’s consent screen describes, and your use of that platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms and policies in addition to these Terms. If you connect a YouTube channel, you are agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for a platform changing, restricting, or withdrawing its API, which may cause a connection or the statistics it supplies to stop working. You can disconnect any platform at any time in your integration settings; see the Privacy Policy for what we collect from each and how to have it deleted.

7. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing

  • Plans and Launch Pricing — paid plans are billed in advance at the prices shown at checkout, which may be offered as promotional “Launch Pricing.” Prices may change for future billing periods on notice.
  • Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal. We will provide renewal and pricing disclosures as required by applicable law.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds — except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Where you have a mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, or cooling-off right under local consumer law — for example as a consumer in Thailand or the EU/UK — that right still applies.
  • Taxes — prices may exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT), which we may add where required.

8. Bookings and payments with your audience

Where the Service lets your audience book time with you or submit information to you, Khuume provides the tooling only and is not a party to any agreement between you and your audience. You are responsible for fulfilling those interactions, for any payments you arrange, and for complying with consumer-protection and data-protection law in your dealings with your audience. When you collect personal data from your audience through Khuume, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the Khuume name, logo, software, and design, is owned by Khuume and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the AUP, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including content licenses for residual backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content linked through the Service is accurate or lawful.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khuume will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in Thailand, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold Khuume harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of Your Content, your links and destinations, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you and Khuume submit to the courts located in Delaware for disputes — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence where local law so provides. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at hello@khuu.me so we can try to resolve the matter with you directly.

15. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: hello@khuu.me.
