1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do on Khuume. It applies to everything you publish, link to, or transmit through the Service, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your content and for every destination you link to from your Khuume page.

2. Prohibited content

You may not publish or link to content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, or depicts child sexual abuse material — we report such material to the relevant authorities;
  • is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content that violates applicable law or platform rules;
  • infringes intellectual-property rights, including copyright, trademark, and counterfeit goods;
  • is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
  • promotes self-harm, dangerous activities, or the sale of regulated or prohibited goods (such as weapons, illegal drugs, or stolen data); or
  • contains malware, or is designed to phish, deceive, or defraud.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • distribute spam, run deceptive or fraudulent schemes, or operate scams through your links;
  • impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • upload malware or links that compromise devices or accounts;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • circumvent rate limits, security controls, or plan restrictions, or probe or test the Service's vulnerabilities without authorization; or
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on.

4. Destinations we don't host links to

Beyond the content rules above, three categories of destination are not permitted as links from a Khuume page, regardless of what the linking page itself says. Saving a link to one of these is rejected, and pages already carrying one may be reviewed:

  • adult platforms — subscription, cam, and tube sites whose business is adult content;
  • other link-in-bio or link-hub services — chaining your Khuume page into another aggregator hides the real destination from your visitors; and
  • generic third-party URL shorteners — a shortened link tells a visitor nothing about where it leads. Paste the full URL instead. First-party short links from platforms we support (for example youtu.be) are unaffected.

5. Local law and region-specific rules

Content must comply with the laws of the places where you and your audience are located. We operate from Thailand and must comply with Thai law, including the Computer Crime Act; content that is unlawful in Thailand — including content prohibited under Thailand’s laws concerning the monarchy — is not permitted and may be removed to comply with legal obligations. We may also remove content or restrict access in response to valid legal orders in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, the EU/UK, the United States, and other jurisdictions where we operate or serve users.

6. Reporting violations

If you believe content on Khuume violates this policy, report it to abuse@khuu.me (or use any in-product reporting tools). Include the URL and a description of the issue so we can review it promptly.

7. Copyright and DMCA takedowns

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. To submit a notice, send the following to our designated agent at dmca@khuu.me:

  • identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, including its URL;
  • your contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to infringing material, notify the affected user, and allow a counter-notice where appropriate. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Enforcement

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor content. When content or conduct violates this policy, we may remove or restrict it, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We aim to act proportionately and, where appropriate, give notice and an explanation of our decision.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revised version here. Questions about this policy: abuse@khuu.me.
